Company history
Our company can look back on almost 170 years of experience. It all began with the founding of the company in 1849. At that time under the name Schüssler. Through the war years the company grew steadily. First, we acted as a wholesaler with various fabrics , specialized us in the 80s on textiles for digital printing and obtained a monopolistic market position. Until the 5th generation , the company has been " inherited " in the family, and finally renamed A. Berger GmbH in 2013.

Tradition:
Moving into a stylish and creative environment. The Mies van der Rohe Business Park is a globally unique building complex from the golden age of the textile industry on the Lower Rhine - Berger revived this tradition and moved into the new premises in the E49 at the Weyerhofstraße 68, 47803 Krefeld on 04.12.2017. Following a targeted increase in personnel in the areas of product development, sales, technology and marketing, it was decided to move to a new company location in Krefeld.
... meets modernity:
To improve the service level, Berger invested in a modern high-bay warehouse in Duisburg. Here, shorter loading times and fast dispatch via the logistics centers are ensured by the convenient location at the logistics hub Duisburg.
